My family is my biggest driver. Three teenagers, three sets of hormones, three brilliant smiles. Sinead, my wife and a midwife of 15 years and our little dog, Coco. It's our perfect.
Movies are my go-to when I need to relax. I love romantic films — a good love story in particular. I wear glasses that would make me seem extroverted, but the introvert in me keeps a small circle of those close to me, to us.
When you book me, it's all about connection. We will chat lots, you'll tell me your love story, your goofy ways, and we will build a connection that makes capturing your special day easy, fun and simple.
It's so important that you two are you two — relaxed, comfortable and, of course, madly in love.

Love is exciting, and capturing love is easy if you have a connection with a couple.
Ultimately, my job is a third wheel. I'll be with you all day at your wedding and for that reason, it's important that we know each other well, that we have fun and that we have trust.
Your vision for the day is important. Tell me what you want, and we'll talk about how to capture it best. Then, you'll have the best images to remember your day.
Love inspires me. Intimate, romantic, fun, goofy, emotional — when we capture these moments of your day, we can create cinematic wedding photos for your walls.
I love movies. Being inspired by epic love films helps so much when it comes to capturing your day. Where is it, how do we get there, who are the main characters, what are the side stories, and where do they all lead us?
All of these things come into play when we are working together. I watch movies differently now than the younger me used to, and it excites me.
Understanding how a story like yours comes together and can be captured is so important to me, as is that connection between you two and also between us.
Who am I?
It’s a dream to be described as a romantic wedding photographer by many couples. It's perfect, really.
That allows me to understand your love, your connection, and to know when to close the shutter to capture that perfect moment.
My very best friend is my wife Sinead; we'll hold hands, snuggle up, laugh and cry together. I'll look for that in you two. Your little looks, the squeezes, the playfulness, the flirting, the kisses, the winks, the comfortable silences.
It all helps me document your love story in a way that is unique to you both.
Movies and good photography books.
Over the years, my photography and spare time have intertwined. Whilst this is my full-time job, I do all I can to invest my time in photography. Whether that's talking to wedding photographers who have been at the very top of the game, investing money and time in studying education courses from the very best out there or picking up a book to look at physical photos.
It all helps me when capturing your day.
I love the photography work of Rodney Smith, Peter Lindbergh, Helmut Newton, Douglas Kirkland, Terry O'Neill and most of all, Norman Parkinson.
Film-wise, I love romantic movies. My favourite films I've watched this year are Living, Poor Things, Past Lives, Betty Blue, Where the Crawdads Sing, The Dreamers and Cold War. Most of these are recommended by couples just like you.
Filling my eyes with these books and films is something that I have learned really helps me when telling a love story like yours.
