Fingask Castle Wedding
On a beautiful summers day madly in love Ailsa and Scott married at this wonderful and romantic Scottish wedding venue. Over 100 friends and family joined them to celebrate but the venue still allowed for that intimate and personal feel to the celebrations.
What do I do with my hands?
What do I do with my hands? is a question that couples often ask. In this case (as Ailsa and her 4 bridesmaids got ready for the day) the answer was easy, “You drink champagne Ailsa, you drink champagne”.
Wedding Day Preparation Photographs
Without doubt one of my favourite parts of the day. If the lighting is right (as it was on this day) then you can get some spectacular images to help tell the story of the day. I’m not a fan of overshooting and providing a stop motion of the day but here you can see how magical Ailsa’s preparations with her bridesmaids were.
A Romantic and Peaceful day
Romance is something that I love documenting, it’s a lovely thing to capture. The handholds, the whispers, the kisses, the hugs, the finger squeezes and the giggles. It’s all in there throughout the day.
Ailsa and Scott were a great couple to work with. They naturally kissed without any prompts, laughed together and walked affectionately hand in hand. Scott negotiating Ailsa’s trail and veil when he needed to. It all made for some romantic wedding photographs.
